Understanding more than good posture – behavior

I can’t stress how important it is to consider what I discuss in the second half of the video: Knowing posture is not enough, it is about consistently paying attention to our posture and realizing it takes time for us to change our set point. If we just dedicate 5-10 minutes each day throughout our games to focus on our posture, we can steadily work toward perfect posture.
