My Favorite Posture Exercise for Better Gaming

In this short video, I showcase the exercise I prescribe most to everyone I work with in eSports. It addresses multiple impairments which are common to prolonged sitting posture (rounded back, poor shoulder blade position, limited rib-cage expansion, forward head, etc. etc.) and can be useful as the ONE exercise for gamers to do in between their competitive games

I’ve included some rules for when to do it and how you should do it:

How should I perform the exercise for my posture?

0: Follow  the instructions on the video
Perform 3-5x or for 1 minute…

When should I do it?

After 1-2 competitive games or 40-50 minutes. Whichever comes first!
